RESOLVED: That the public and press be excluded from the meeting before discussion takes place on the item of business to be considered on the grounds that, if the public and press were present during the transaction of such business, there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information as described in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended.

Minutes:

3.1      The Sub-Committee reconvened the meeting which was adjourned on Tuesday 27th January 2022.  The Sub-Committee continued their discussions regarding the Chief Executive.

 

 

3.2      RESOLVED: (1) That in line with the applicable processes, the Sub-Committee has agreed to appoint an independent investigator who would report back the committee once their investigation was complete and (2) the Sub-Committee would meet again on 8th February 2022 to facilitate the appointment.
