RESOLVED: That the public and
press be excluded from the meeting before discussion takes place on

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the
Interim Executive Director of Communities seeking the
Sub-Committee’s consideration with regard to an appeal from
the Communities Portfolio. The
Sub-Committee heard submissions on behalf of management and the
employee concerned.

RESOLVED: That, having given
consideration to all the facts presented, the appeal be not
upheld.
|
|
