RESOLVED: That the public and
press be excluded from the meeting before discussion takes place on
the item of business to be considered on the grounds that, if the
public and press were present during the transaction of such

Act 1972, as amended.

The Sub-Committee considered the report of the
Executive Director, Place, seeking the Sub-Committee’s
consideration with regard to an appeal from the Place
Portfolio. The Sub-Committee heard
submissions on behalf of management and the employee concerned.

RESOLVED:That, having given consideration to all the
facts presented, the appeal be not upheld.
