The Sub-Committee considered the report of the
Executive Director of Neighbourhoods Services seeking the
Sub-Committee’s consideration with regard
to an appeal from the Neighbourhoods Services Portfolio
(Ref. 000022). The Sub-Committee heard
submissions on behalf of management and the employee concerned.

RESOLVED: That, having given consideration to all the facts presented, the
appeal be not upheld.
