The Sub-Committee considered the report of the
Strategic Director of Adult Care and Wellbeing seeking the
Sub-Committee’s consideration with regard to an appeal
against dismissal from the Adult Care and Wellbeing Services
Portfolio. The Sub-Committee heard
submissions on behalf of management and the employee concerned.
