Members to declare any interests they have in the business to be considered at the meeting.

In accordance with Council Procedure Rule 16.6(ii), Members, with the permission of the Lord Mayor, may ask questions relating to urgent business, of which notice in writing has been given to the Chief Executive not later than 12.00 noon on the day of the meeting.

To receive any questions or petitions from the public relating to a new committee system of governance for Sheffield City Council.

(NOTE: In accordance with the arrangements published on the Council’s website in relation to meetings of the Council held whilst public health safety measures still apply, questions/petitions are required to be submitted in writing, to committee@sheffield.gov.uk, by 9.00 a.m. on Monday 21^st March.)

To approve, with or without amendment, the recommendations made by the Governance Committee at its meeting held on 9^th March 2022 in relation to a new committee system of governance for Sheffield City Council, as set out in the report of the Director of Legal and Governance, published with this agenda.
