To receive the record of the proceedings of the meeting of the Council held on 3^rd December 2014 and to approve the accuracy thereof.

To receive any questions or petitions from the public, or communications submitted by the Lord Mayor or the Chief Executive and to pass such resolutions thereon as the Council Procedure Rules permit and as may be deemed expedient.

To consider any changes to the memberships and arrangements for meetings of Committees etc., delegated authority, and the appointment of representatives to serve on other bodies.

Councillor Vickie Priestley to present her annual report on her term of office as Lord Mayor during the Municipal Year 2013/14.

Report of the Executive Director, Children, Young People and Families, together with:-

(a)  a report of the Children, Young People and Family Support Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee on the outcome of its consideration of the Executive Director’s report at its special meeting held on 15^th December 2014, and which was submitted to the meeting of the Cabinet on 17^th December; and

(b)  a report of the Chief Executive setting out the minute from the Cabinet meeting held on 17^th December 2014, following its consideration of the reports of the Executive Director and the Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee.

To receive a presentation on the Sheffield City Region Growth Deal to be given by Councillor Sir Steve Houghton (Chair, Sheffield City Region Combined Authority) and Mr. Ben Still (Chief Executive, Sheffield City Region).
