Agenda and minutes

Members to declare any interests they have in the business to be considered at the meeting, or an inability to vote on the setting of the Council Tax charge where an amount has become payable on a Council Tax account they are solely or jointly liable for, and it has remained unpaid for at least 2 months.

To receive any questions or petitions from the public, or communications submitted by the Lord Mayor or the Chief Executive and to pass such resolutions thereon as the Council Procedure Rules permit and as may be deemed expedient.

(NOTE: In accordance with the Council Procedure Rules, the time limit of one hour for this item of business will be adhered to.  Priority will be given to petitions and to questions relating to budget proposals, and any questions which are unable to be asked within the one hour allocation will be answered in writing after the meeting.)

To consider any changes to the memberships and arrangements for meetings of Committees etc., delegated authority, and the appointment of representatives to serve on other bodies.

To consider so much of the minutes of the meeting of the Cabinet held on 13^th February 2019 arising from its consideration of reports of the Executive Director, Resources on the Revenue Budget 2019/20 and the Capital Programme 2019/20, and to pass resolutions thereon as appropriate.
