The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details
in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private
hire licensing.

|
The licence holder in Case No.17/22 attended
the hearing with three representatives and they all addressed the
Sub-Committee.
|
|
|

|
The applicant in Case No.18/22 attended the
hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.
|
|
|
4.4
|
The licence holder in Case No.19/22 was unable
to attend the hearing therefore the case was considered in his
absence.

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the
information contained in the case papers, and the information now
reported and, where relevant, circulated at the meeting, the cases

warning with regard to his future conduct, with such warning to
remain live for the term of his current licence.

that the applicant has not provided sufficient evidence to convince

|
Immediately revoke the licence under Section
61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as
amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, on the grounds
that the Sub-Committee do not consider the licence holder to be a
fit and proper person.
