The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details
in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private
hire licensing.

4.2
|
The licence holder in Case No. 36/22 attended
the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the
Sub-Committee.
|
|
|
4.3
|
The applicant in Case No. 37/22 did not attend
the hearing and, as no prior notice had been received from him, the
Sub-Committee considered the case in his absence.

|

|
The applicant in Case No. 38/22 attended the
hearing with a relative, and they both addressed the
Sub-Committee.

|
|

The applicant in Case No. 39/22 attended the
hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the
