in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private
hire licensing.

The licence holder in Case No. 92/22 did not
attend the hearing.

The applicant in Case No. 93/22 attended the
hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the
Sub-Committee.

reported and, where relevant, circulated either prior to the
