The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details
in respect of a case relating to an application for a Private Hire
Vehicle Licence (Ref No. 84/21).

The applicant attended the meeting and
addressed the Sub-Committee.

|

RESOLVED: That after consideration of the
information contained in the case papers and the information now
reported at the meeting, the applicant be granted a licence for 12
months on the grounds that he has provided sufficient evidence to
convince the Sub-Committee that there are exceptional reasons to
deviate from the current policy on the age limit of
vehicles.
