The Chief Licensing Officer submitted a report
on an application made under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises
known as Nali Express, 132 Northern Avenue, Sheffield S2 2EH (Ref
No. 01/22).

Prior to the presentation of the report, the
applicant’s representative stated that further to discussions
held prior to the hearing between the applicant and the objector,
the applicant had agreed to reduce the terminal hour at the
premises to 22:00 hours, Monday to Sunday, and following this, the
objector, as confirmed by his representative, had subsequently
agreed to withdraw his objection.
