in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private
hire licensing.

Due to the bespoke nature of the business, the
applicant be exempted from those conditions requiring the rear
window tints to allow enough light through the vehicle with the
exemptions only applying (a) if the vehicle does not become part of
the taxi fleet and (b) bookings to hire the vehicle are made
through City Connect for a minimum of one hour.
