(NOTE: There is a time limit of up to 30 minutes for the above item of business. In accordance with the arrangements published on the Council’s website, questions/petitions at the meeting are required to be submitted in writing, to committee@sheffield.gov.uk, by 9.00 a.m. on 6^th November 2023).

To note that, in accordance with the authority given by the Committee at its meeting held on 14^th June 2023, the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the relevant political group whip, had authorised the appointment of Councillor Mary Lea to replace Councillor Nighat Basharat as a substitute member of the Health Scrutiny Sub-Committee, with effect from 30^th June 2023.

To receive any questions from Members of the committee on issues which are not already the subject of an item of business on the Committee agenda – Council Procedure Rule 16.8.

(NOTE: a period of up to 10 minutes shall be allocated for Members’ supplementary questions).
