Quarterly Update of Enforcement Cases in the West and North Area of the City

Minutes:

11.1

The Director of Regeneration and Development Services submitted a report providing an update on the progress of enforcement cases in the West and North area of the City.  He provided further oral information at the meeting on the enforcement cases detailed in the report and in response to Members' questions.  In addition, with regard to enforcement action in respect of the former Fire Station, Westwood New Road (Page 182, Item 19), the date of the Committee resolution was amended to 20 December 2010 and it was proposed that, as detailed in the report now submitted, no further action be taken in respect of the outstanding sum of money required as part of the Section 106 agreement.

 

 

11.2

RESOLVED: That (a) the report be noted;

 

 

 

(b) the writing-off of an outstanding Section 106 Agreement debt in relation to a planning permission at the former Fire Station, Westwood New Road (Case No. 03/04312/FUL) (Page 182 of the Agenda, Item 19), concerning the sum of £2,610, be endorsed; and

 

 

 

(c) the Director of Finance be advised of the aforementioned decision accordingly.
