The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 10^th December 2014, were approved as a correct record and, arising therefrom, Matthew Borland, Policy and Improvement Officer, reported that he had still not received feedback from the Head of Libraries and Community Services following the Committee’s request that steps be taken to ensure that the issues regarding the leases to be offered to voluntary groups be progressed at the earliest opportunity, and that he would forward the information to Members when it was received.
