The minutes of the meeting held on 11 February 2015 were approved as a correct record subject to the addition of the words ‘cut to the’ in the second paragraph of section 5.2 to read ‘Councillor Iqbal confirmed that the rumours referred to by Mr Simpkin were not true and there would be no 15% cut to the grant to Healthwatch’.
