(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of nine months, in the light of the offences and convictions, and conduct of the applicant, now reported and, on renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant an 18 month licence, subject to there being no further cause for concern and (b) if there is any further cause for concern, the licence be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
