To agree a programme of meetings of the Council in 2015/16 and, in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 10.2, the formula for the order in which Notices of Motion will be listed on the Council Summons.

RESOLVED: On the motion of Councillor Pat Midgley, seconded by Councillor David Baker, that:-
(a) (i) ordinary meetings of Full Council in the Municipal Year 2015/16 be held in the Town Hall at 2.00 p.m. on the first Wednesday in every month except March, May and August (when no ordinary meeting will be held) and in September 2015 and June 2016 (when the meetings will be held instead on the second Wednesday in the month in order to avoid a clash with the Bank Holiday Mondays that will be held in the first week of those months) and, accordingly, the meetings be held on the following dates:-
3rd June 2015; 1st July 2015; 9th September 2015; 7th October 2015; 4th November 2015; 2nd December 2015; 6th January 2016; 3rd February 2016; and 6th April 2016; plus the provisional dates of 8th June 2016 and 6th July 2016 in the Municipal Year 2016/17;
(ii) the special meeting of the Council for the purposes of approving a Revenue Budget and Capital Programme and setting the Council Tax for the Financial Year 2016/17 be held on Friday, 4th March 2016 at 2.00 p.m. in the Town Hall; and
(iii) the annual general meeting of the Council in 2016 be held on Wednesday, 18th May 2016 at 11.30 a.m. in the Town Hall; and
(b) further to Council Procedure Rule 10.2, the formula for the order in which Notices of Motion shall be listed on the Council Summons in the Municipal Year 2015/16 shall be as follows:-
