The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of four cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

Refuse to renew the licence on the grounds that the Sub-Committee does not consider the applicant to be a fit and proper person to hold the licence in the light of the offences and convictions now reported. |

Grant a licence for the normal term of nine months and, on the first renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a 12 month licence and, on any subsequent renewals, an 18 month licence, subject to there being no further cause for concern. |
