Meeting of Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee, Thursday 30 July 2015 4.00 pm (Item 4.)

To approve the minutes of the meetings of the Committee held on 28^th January, 11^th February and 20^th May, 2015

Minutes:

4.1	The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 28^th January 2015, were approved as a correct record and, arising therefrom, it was noted that the Economic and Environmental Wellbeing Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee had included performance in respect of the Streets Ahead Project on its Work Programme and that the Safer and Stronger Communities Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee had already considered the performance of Kier in relation to housing repairs.

4.2	The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 11^th February 2015, were approved as a correct record.

4.3	The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 20^th May 2015, were approved as a correct record, subject to the substitution of the word “quarterly” for the word “bi-monthly” in paragraph 3.1 (Dates and Times of Meetings).
