The Chair reported that appendices to agenda items 12 ‘Key Bus Route – Chesterfield Road Land Acquisition and Compulsory Bus Order’, 13 ‘Future Options for SCC Property and Facilities Management Service’ and 14 ’The J.G Graves Charitable Trust: Proposed Letting of Agricultural Land at Clough Lane and Mark Lane’ were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) and if Members wished to discuss these appendices the public and press would need to be excluded from the meeting. |
