The Chair reported that the appendices to agenda item 8 ‘Streets Ahead - Refinance’, were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) and if Members wished to discuss the appendices the public and press would need to be excluded from the meeting. |
