Grant a licence for a period of 12 months, subject to the vehicle being presented for three tests during that 12 month period, on the grounds that the Sub-Committee considers that there are exceptional circumstances in the case, specifically relating to the service history and excellent condition of the vehicle, to warrant a departure from the current policy relating to the age limit of vehicles. |
