(a) Grant a licence for the shorter term of six months, in the light of the offences and convictions now reported and, on renewal, authority be given to grant the applicant a licence for up to the maximum term of 36 months, subject to (i) there being no further cause for concern and (ii) the applicant successfully completing the Council’s knowledge test and (b) if there is any cause for concern in that six month period, the licence be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
