In the light of the information contained in the report and the responses to the questions raised, the Sub-Committee decided not to revoke the licence, but the licence holder be issued with a warning that if he committed any further motoring offences within 12 months of the date of the hearing, his licence would be referred back to this Sub-Committee. |
