The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 3^rd November 2015, were approved as a correct record and, arising therefrom, the Chair stated that a briefing note on the implications with regard to the inclusion on the Council’s Electoral Register being added to the eligibility criteria in terms of entitlement to assisted waste collections, had been circulated to members of the Committee.
