The Chair reported that the appendix to agenda item 8 ‘Disposal of Land at Fretson Road and Queen Mary Road known as Manor Site 8’, was not available to the public and press because it contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) and if Members wished to discuss the appendix the public and press would need to be excluded from the meeting. |
