4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of three cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No. 98/16 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The licensee in Case No. 99/16 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.4

The licensee in Case No. 100/16 attended the hearing with a representative and they both addressed the Sub-Committee.

Application to renew a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence

(a) Agree to grant a licence for a period of 36 months, as requested, and (b) in the light of the offences and convictions now reported, the applicant be given a written warning, to remain on the licence for a period of 36 months, indicating that if there is any further cause for concern, the licence will be referred back to the Sub-Committee.
