(a) Grant a licence for the term requested and (b) in the light of the incident now reported, the applicant be given a written warning, to remain active for the life of his renewed licence, and specifically warning that if there were any breaches of his licence conditions or any further incidents of rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour to Council officers, the licence would be referred back to the Sub-Committee. |
