The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 1^st December, 2016 were approved as a correct record and, arising therefrom, Councillor Pat Midgley stated that, further to concerns expressed by some Committee Members at the meeting of the Healthier Communities and Adult Social Care Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee on 9^th November, 2016, regarding the late circulation of the presentation on Shaping Sheffield – The Plan, arrangements had been made for the Plan to be considered at a special meeting of the Committee, which had been held on 8^th February, 2017.
