The minutes of the meetings of the Committee held on 15 February and 17 May 2017 were approved as correct records, subject to the inclusion of Councillor Ian Saunders in the list of those present for the meeting on 17 May.

4.2

Arising from the minutes, a Member of the Committee enquired about the availability of Equality Impact Assessments on the Council’s website. It was agreed that the Policy and Improvement Officer would look into the issue and report back to the Committee.
