The Committee approved, as a correct record, the minutes of its last two meetings held on 26^th April, 2017 and 17^th May 2017.

In terms of matters arising, the Committee noted that the special meeting to consider the report and recommendations of the Western Road First World War Memorial Trees Task and Finish Cross Party Working Group had been rescheduled for 27^th July 2017 at 2pm in the Town Hall.
