The Chair reported that the appendices to the report of the Executive Director, Place, at Agenda Item 6 – ‘Call-in of the Leader’s Decision on Changes to Environmental Maintenance Services’ (Item 5 of these minutes) were not available to the public and press because (a) Appendix A contained exempt information described in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person and (b) the Council did not own the copyright to the photographs in Appendix B . |

RESOLVED: That prior to a discussion on the above appendices, the press and public and those Members in attendance as signatories to the call-in, but who were not Members of the Committee, would be asked to leave the meeting to allow the Committee to discuss the confidential information. |
