Meeting of Economic and Environmental Wellbeing Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee, Wednesday 31 January 2018 5.00 pm (Item 4.)

To approve the minutes of meetings of the Committee held on 30^th November and 20^th December, 2017

Minutes:

4.1	The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 30^th November 2017, were approved as a correct record, subject to the addition of the words ‘which could be used as matched funding to draw down some of the Defra grant.’ at the end of the second bullet point in paragraph 7.14 (Protecting Sheffield from Flooding – Programme Update). Arising from consideration of the minutes, it was noted, in relation to paragraph 5.2.1 (Public Question from Annette Taberner), regarding the Streets Ahead Programme, that a written response had not yet been provided but was presently being drafted by officers.

4.2	The minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 20^th December 2017, were approved as a correct record, subject to the replacement of the word ‘two’ with the word ‘too’ in the first sentence of the 7^th bullet point in paragraph 6.5 (Support for Small Businesses in Sheffield).
