The Chairs of the Scrutiny and Policy Development Committees in attendance updated the Committee on their respective Committee’s work.
The Chairs raised the issue of the frequency of meetings and whether every two months was sufficient for the amount of work required.
RESOLVED: That the Committee:-
(a) notes the information now reported; and
(b) requests that a meeting be arranged with the relevant Cabinet Member, Statutory scrutiny Officer and Scrutiny and Policy Development Committee Chairs to discuss Committee frequency and workloads.
