The Chair (Councillor Olivia Blake) reported that Appendices 1-4 of the report at agenda item 17 (Extension of Refugee Resettlement Arrangements) (See minute 16 below) were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person. Accordingly, if the content of the appendices were to be discussed, the public and press would be excluded from the meeting. |
