To agree a programme of
meetings of the Council in 2012/13 and, in accordance with Council
Procedure Rule 10.2(a), the formula for the order in which Notices
of Motion will be listed on the Council Summons.

ARRANGEMENTS FOR COUNCIL
MEETINGS
RESOLVED: On the
Motion of Councillor Pat Midgley, seconded by Councillor Clive
Skelton, that:-
(a)
ordinary meetings
of Full Council in 2012/13 be held in the Town Hall at 2.00 p.m. on
the first Wednesday in every month except March, May and August;
and
(b)
in accordance with Council Procedure
Rule 10.2(a), the formula for the order in which Notices of Motion
shall be listed on the Council Summons shall be Labour/Liberal
Democrat/Labour/Liberal Democrat/Labour /Liberal Democrat/Green,
repeated.
