RESOLVED: That an application for planning permission be GRANTED, conditionally, for the reasons set out in the report now submitted, for the erection of a two storey dwellinghouse with integral garage on land to the rear of 15 and 17 Birch House Avenue, Sheffield, S35 0FH (Application No. 19/02150/FUL).
