Councillors Mike Chaplin and Jayne Dunn both declared a personal interest in Agenda Item No. 7, Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257, Proposed Closure of Footpath off Knutton Rise, Parson Cross, Sheffield, as local ward Members.  Councillors Chaplin and Dunn declared that they had not given an opinion or declared their position on the proposed footpath closure prior to the meeting, therefore would take part in the discussion and voting thereon.

Councillor Andrew Sangar declared a personal interest in Agenda Item No. 8b, Application No. 17/02756/FUL – Bennett Cottage, Mayfield Road, Sheffield, S10 4PR, as a local ward Member.  Councillor Sangar declared that he had not given an opinion or declared his position on the application prior to the meeting, therefore would take part in the discussion and voting thereon.
