In relation to Agenda Item 7 (Request by the Scrutiny Committee for Further Information Following the Call-in of the Decision on Investing in Young People), Sam Evans declared a personal interest as the Project Manager for Forge Youth, which has been involved in early intervention work, similar to some of the work of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
