It was reported that the appendices to the report at item 11 (see minute numbered 10 below) – ‘Update on Delivery of Heart of the City 2 Development’ - were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information described in Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended), relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person. Accordingly, if the content of the appendix was to be discussed, the public and press would be excluded from the meeting. |
