An additional representation and the officer response and an additional condition were included within the Supplementary Report circulated and summarised at the meeting.

The Officer presented the report which gave details of the application and highlighted the history of the site and the key issues set out in the report.

 

7b.3

The Committee considered the report and proposed conditions having regard to the development plan, the National Planning Policy Framework and other relevant considerations as summarised in the report and supplementary report now submitted.

 

7b.4

RESOLVED: That an application for planning permission be GRANTED, conditionally, for the reasons set out in the report and supplementary report, now submitted, including the additional condition, for the erection of an 8-storey residential building (use class C3) comprising 95 no. one-bed apartments, 1 no. two-bed apartment and 4 no. studios, with associated works, including hard and soft landscaping, parking, access and amenity space  at Stepney Street Car Park, Stepney Street, Sheffield, S2 5TD  (Application No. 20/01030/FUL).
