To identify items where resolutions may be moved to exclude the press and public

It was reported that a number of appendices to the reports at items 12, 13 and 14 in the agenda were not available to the public and press because they contained exempt information described in Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended), as follows:

Item 12 - Appendices 1 and 2 (Paragraph 3)

Item 13 - Appendix A (Paragraph 3)

Item 14 - Appendix 1 (Paragraphs 3 and 5).

Accordingly, if the content of the appendices were to be discussed, the public and press would be excluded from the meeting.
