RESOLVED: On the Motion of Councillor Dianne Hurst, seconded by Councillor Andy Bainbridge, that the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on 5^th February 2020, the special meeting of the Council held on 4^th March 2020, and the extraordinary meeting of the Council held on 12^th August 2020, be approved as true and accurate records.
