An amended summary and recommendation were included within the Supplementary Report circulated and summarised at the meeting.

The Officer presented the report which gave details of the application and highlighted the history of the site and the key issues set out in the report.

The Committee considered the report and proposed conditions having regard to the development plan, the National Planning Policy Framework and other relevant considerations as summarised in the report, now submitted.

Councillor Peter Garbutt moved that secure bicycle storage be provided on site.  Councillor Andrew Sangar seconded the motion.  On being put to the vote, the motion was lost and it was:-

RESOLVED: That an application for planning permission be GRANTED, conditionally, for the reasons set out in the report, now submitted, for alterations to allow use of medical centre (Use Class

D1) as 5 dwellings (Use Class C3) including demolition of single-storey side lean-to, erection of single-storey side extension, formation of additional accesses and provision of rooflights, erection of 2 dwellings, associated access, parking and landscaping works at The Old School Medical Centre, School Lane, Greenhill, Sheffield, S8 7RL (Application No. 20/00696/FUL).
