It was moved by Councillor Shaffaq Mohammed, and seconded by Councillor Douglas Johnson, that, in view of the amount of business to be conducted at the meeting, the provisions of Council Procedure Rule 5.5 be suspended and the termination of the meeting be extended by 30 minutes, to 6.00 p.m. to ensure time is made available for Members’ supplementary questions. |
