In relation to agenda item 7 (Licensing Act 2003 – Statement of Licensing Policy) (item 6 of these minutes), (a) Councillor Jack Clarkson declared a personal interest on the grounds that he was a director of a company operating a licensed premises located within Sheffield but operated under the Barnsley licensing authority and (b) Councillor Paul Wood declared a disclosable pecuniary interest on the grounds that he held a Personal Licence and had involvement in licensed premises within Sheffield, and he did not speak or vote on the item.
