RESOLVED: That an application for planning permission for the erection of a dwellinghouse with integral garage and associated parking at land to the rear of 15 and 17 Birch House Avenue, Sheffield, S35 0FH (Application No. 20/02409/FUL), be REFUSED, for the reasons set out in the report, now submitted.
